We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it — even if you have opened the kit.

How to start a return
Simply contact us through our contact page. We will get back to you as soon as possible and help you with the next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can help you quickly.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not right — including paint that has run out or dried — contact us through our contact page and we will make it right as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different design is to return your kit and place a new order.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day return policy, if your order is shipped to the European Union you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will let you know and refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
